Slow-cooked pork shoulder pulled into smoky barbecue sauce and served on buns.

BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 3 lb pork shoulder
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 8 sandwich buns

Instructions

  1. Rub pork with paprika and garlic powder.
  2. Place in slow cooker with broth.
  3. Cook on low until fork-tender, 7 to 8 hours.
  4. Shred pork and toss with barbecue sauce.
  5. Serve on toasted buns with slaw if desired.
